  •  What if I don't have a Paypal account or credit/debit card ?

  • Can I pay using credit/debit card if I do not have a Paypal account?

YES, however, having a Paypal account does speed up the process, but it is not necessary.

  • How much is the postage and packaging?

Uk and European postage and packaging is £2.00 for all items. This amount is automatically added when you checkout.

  • When will my order arrive?

Please allow at least 5 working days for UK orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders. As some items are made to order delivery may take up to 4 weeks. You can contact us via our contact form to enquire about the status of your order.

  • Do you offer refunds?

We will accept refunds on goods damaged during delivery only. We ask that the product is returned to us within five days of receipt and we will offer you a refund or a replacement of equal value.
